CHRIS' STORY

Chris Beavers grew up in Mount Pleasant, Iowa. While attending Iowa Wesleyan University, he joined the Iowa Army National Guard and served 6 years before being Honorably Discharged. After graduating with a BA in Business Management, Chris spent 18 years in the corporate world working his way from Area Manager to Senior Vice President of Operations with PSSI, North America's leading Contract Sanitation provider.
After exploring multiple offers Chris decided that ActionCOACH was the best avenue to meet all his future goals.

CHRIS' WHY

After 18 years of traveling across North America with his corporate job, it was important for Chris to find a role that allowed him to give back to his community while spending more time with his family.

Chris enjoys all aspects of Business, but really likes the strategic aspects of getting the business to perform at higher levels while creating ways to improve customer success!

Chris married Carolyn in 2008, they reside in Westfield, IN with their 3 children; Son Hayden (2009), Daughters Harper (2017) and Harlow (2019). He spends his free time coaching his son's baseball and flag football teams as well as chasing his two toddler daughters. When not golfing or attending his Iowa Hawkeye football games, he and Carolyn enjoy eating out at the local eateries.

JHADE'S STORY

Jhade Parks was born and raised as a Hoosier the majority of her life. She really enjoys being social with my friends and family, staying active, shopping and trying new foods! She also really enjoys reading since they say readers are leaders. One of her favorite books must be Atomic Habits. She always strives to get better 1% daily. Jhade has a Marketing background from past jobs and ready to connect peoples passions with their purposes.
